 Welcome to Dippd, a community-driven mobile application for ice cream enthusiasts ("Dippd," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Dippd mobile application ("App") and any services offered through the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein, you may not access or use the App.

 2. Use of the App

2.1 Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- If you are under the age of 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 Account Registration
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

2.3 Prohibited Uses
- You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App.
- You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the App or any other systems or networks connected to the App.

3. User-Generated Content

3.1 Posting and Sharing Content
- Users may create profiles, post reviews, ratings, photos, and other content related to ice cream.
- By posting content on the App, you grant Dippd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any media.

3.2 Content Guidelines
- You agree not to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
- Dippd reserves the right to remove or modify any content posted on the App at its sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership
- The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dippd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4.2 Trademarks
- The Dippd name, logo, and any other Dippd product or service names, logos, or slogans that may appear on the App are trademarks of Dippd and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Dippd.

5. Privacy

- Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by Dippd. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

- The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Dippd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation or availability of the App or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the App.

- In no event shall Dippd, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

- Dippd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
